“Ne pas jeter dans la nature” is an installation at the exhibition ‘Îles Flottantes’ at Beaux-Arts de Paris. The title for the installation came from the inscription that I saw on every plastic bag in France. Since the recycling situation in France is far from a good exemplary and the problem of the plastic waste has always worried me a lot, the ambiguity and doubtfulness of this phrase was my inspiration for the installation of a mountain of garbage in the institution of Fine Arts. The rear panel is a reference to the ocean, the sculpture depicts a fantastic trash hunter. One man's trash is another woman’s treasure 😊
